2. Upper and Lower Valve GuideThe upper valve guide is made from superior quality alloy steel by CNC machining. The lower valve guide is finely made from ductile cast iron. Both types have gone through heat treatment and special surface treatment for increased mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Some models of the oil drilling equipment part are designed with additional guide sleeve.

The do's and don'ts
1. Please check the inlet pipe and outlet pipe before starting the mud pump.
2. Please make sure the lubrication oil is applied to the bearings fully.
3. The high pressure clear water pump is necessary to transmit the water to the leak-proof filling materials.
4. Don't turn off the flushing pump when the mud pump is working, or the sealed mud pump parts will wear away rapidly.
5. Leave proper space between the vane wheel and the shield so as to ensure long working life of the mud pump. Otherwise, the mud pump will make big noise and vibration, and the mud pump parts may be easily worn out. So install the mud pump strictly according to the instruction and adjust the space by the bolt on the bearings.
6. Since the suction height is measured in the course of water delivery, it will be different when transferring mud. So take these factors into consideration when using the mud pump.
